Prepares milk samples for Acu-PCR™ using patented 2-step (Tube A and Tube B) process. When complete, Tube B has enough extracted DNA to run up to 4 Acu-PCR reactions.
 

This Acu-PCR reagent detects DNA oligonucleotides in a sample that may be associated with Mycoplasma bovis and is 100% specific (will not respond to DNA from Acholeplasma or other non-target species).

This Acu-PCR reagent detects DNA oligonucleotides in a sample that may be associated with Prototheca bovis in Channel 1 and either Mycoplasma bovis or Mycoplasma californicum in Channel 2. Reagent is highly specific (will not respond to DNA from Acholeplasma or other non-target species).
